Jeffrey Yatooma, CFO of Canna Zoned, has over a decade of experience in the regulated cannabis sector, participating in licensing processes in Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, and Connecticut.
With more than 45 years of combined experience, Jeffrey and his team excel in real estate, management, construction, finance, operations, and regulatory compliance. They support entrepreneurs in the cannabis industry by streamlining operational timelines and providing a competitive edge.
Jeffrey focuses on building a portfolio of strategic licenses and properties, with active cultivation facilities in Coleman and Bangor, Michigan, and a retail dispensary in Traverse City, Michigan. His multi-state experience demonstrates a deep understanding of state-specific regulations and industry standards. He has maintained a flawless record of compliance in all business operations.
Amanda Kilroe

Amanda Kilroe is a seasoned legal professional with a multifaceted background in real estate, land use, licensing, and compliance and regulatory law. Currently serving as the General Counsel at Canna Zoned in Michigan, she leads initiatives to expand cannabis operations nationwide. Her role demands a profound understanding of evolving regulations, guiding internal processes, and ensuring industry compliance. Amanda provides strategic counsel to drive the company’s expansion efforts, navigating the complex landscape of legal requirements and industry standards.
Shillan Alhowrami
Licensing Specialist
Shillan Alhowrami joined Canna Zoned in October 2023 as an Administrative Coordinator. With a strong background as an Executive Assistant and in accounting, Shillan brings valuable expertise to the team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Psychology and an MBA. Born and raised in Michigan, Shillan is deeply connected to her community and leverages her comprehensive skills and local knowledge in her role at Canna Zoned.
Keri Knipple
Office Manager
Keri Knipple has been an integral part of Canna Zoned since its inception. She has worked with Canna Zoned’s leadership team since 2009 when she began as a Bid Administrator with A-Plus Painting and then became Office Manager in 2013. Keri brings a solid clerical background to her role, ensuring smooth operations at Canna Zoned. Every office has backbone, and Keri is the backbone of the Canna Zoned office. Not many days go by when someone doesn’t say “we need Keri’s input on this!” A lifelong Michigan resident, she enjoys spending her free time exploring the state’s outdoors with her family. Keri’s deep roots and extensive experience make her a key asset to the Canna Zoned team.
Micheal Sulivan
Realtor
Michael J. Sullivan, a dedicated Realtor at Canna Zoned, brings extensive experience in real estate operations and property management. Known for strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence, he excels in financial controls and facility management. As an EOS Integrator, Michael has significantly improved metrics and goal achievement.
With a strong background in leadership, Michael reduced staff turnover from 60% to under 10% at Pro X and doubled the units under management. He has led acquisition teams for transactions totaling $25 million and managed development projects worth $225 million. His financial acumen includes implementing automated accounting systems that improved occupancy and NOI and creating a real-time management dashboard.
Michael’s industry knowledge is evident in his negotiation and execution of high-value contracts, significantly increasing managed revenue. He has held key positions at various companies, demonstrating versatility and expertise in asset management, development, and operations.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Saint Joseph’s University. His expertise and leadership have consistently delivered outstanding results, making him a valuable asset to Canna Zoned and its clients.
